YDWBF, LLC. Main purpose is to achieve quality physical goals with our clients and athletes. It is achieved by first evaluation; we will determine the short and long-term goals and see our client’s physical capabilities.

We believe that slow and steady wins the race so all clients start at the basics so that they can perfect their form and endurance. With our athletes, we like to use a method called “SCE” which stands for strength, conditioning and explosions. We believe this is the best method for our athletes and find that we achieve quicker results when implementing this process. Our state-of-the-art facility is full of versatility so we can provide clients with bodyweight training, cross-fit, resistance training, weight training and self-defense.

Fitness Trainer and Founder

My Name is Kenny Severe, Personal Trainer/ Owner of the company You Dream We Build Fitness. Here at the facility we provide and construct workouts on what it takes to live and practice healthy lifestyles. I am certified and have experience in personal training, Fitness coaching, and Nutrition coaching! Coming from being an Athlete I been working on my body the minute I began playing sports and to be here at 22 years old with a very fit body and a sharp mental I can say working out and staying in shape is the best thing that happened to me. I started this business March 6th 2021 and from there the sky has been the limit, since that moment on I have got to bond and train many many different clients while changing their lives at the same time . I could say that one of the most exciting parts of training is building relationships 1, and 2 seeing the value you can put in another person who is human like you by changing their physical bodies and mental state of mind. Over the past 2 years I was able to do that with my clients and introduce them into a new and health way to live. (Mindset Over Body)
