Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing a membership with You Dream We Build LLC. , you acknowledge and agree to the following terms
and conditions:

• Membership Term: Your membership term will begin on the date of purchase and continue for the duration specified in your membership agreement.

• No Refunds: You Dream We Build LLC. operates with a strict no refund policy. Regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to relocation, change of circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the services offered, no refunds will be provided for membership fees or any other charges.

• No Cancellation: Once your membership term begins, you are obligated to pay the full membership fee for the specified duration. You are not entitled to cancel your gym membership before the end of upon agreement, and no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership.

• Membership Freeze: You Dream We Build LLC., at its discretion, allow for temporary membership freezes under exceptional circumstances, such as medical conditions or extended travel. Such freezes will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in You Dream We Build LLC.'s freeze policy.

• Changes in Membership Status: You Dream We Build LLC. has the right to modify or terminate a membership at its discretion due to a breach of the gym's rules and regulations or for other justifiable reasons. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

• Enforcement: You Dream We Build LLC. the right to enforce this policy and pursue legal remedies for any violations or attempts to obtain unauthorized refunds or cancellations. term, and no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership.

Memberships & Subscriptions:

You Dream We Build LLC. signing up for a membership at You Dream We Build LLC. members agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the membership agreement. This agreement includes details about membership fees, billing procedures, and cancellation policies. Members authorize You Dream We Build LLC to charge their designated payment method for membership fees according to the agreed-upon schedule. Any changes to billing information must be promptly communicated to You Dream We Build LLC.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

You Dream We Build LLC. Members acknowledge and agree that chargebacks are not an acceptable means of dispute resolution. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through You Dream We Build LLC. may result in immediate termination of membership. You Dream We Build LLC. has a no-refund policy, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws. Members are encouraged to review the refund policy detailed in the membership agreement. You Dream We Build LLC. reserves the right to modify or update this no chargeback policy. Members will be notified of any changes in advance. By becoming a member of You Dream We Build LLC, individuals confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this no chargeback policy.
